POST --> ROM --> Flash --> NVRAM --> RAM
1. POST (power on self test Checks the
hardware)
2. ROM (The rom loads the bootstrap programs and searches for the IOS)
3. FLASH (IOS from Flash is loaded)
4. NVRAM ( The startup configuration is loaded form the NVRAM)
5. RAM (Boot process is completed as everything is loaded into the RAM)
